After the new Act of the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India came into effect from 18th November 2021, will the students be able to fulfill these requirements and register their degrees in India?

Yes. All requirements of the new NMC act will be satisfied by the Graduates of Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University. The requirements of NMC are as follows:

1. Minimum duration of the education should be 54 months. (At NovSU, it is more than 54 months.)

2. A Rotatory Clinical Internship of 12 months. (At NovSU, it is more than 12 months.)

3. A License to practice medicine from the Country of medical education. (Within 15 days of receiving the Degree, a licensing examination is conducted at the NovSU. The syllabus for this examination is the same as for the final examination of medical education.)
